All About Spa
One of the highlights of this beautiful new resort is the Immersion Spa. Located on the 32nd floor, this spa is one of the most luxurious not only in Atlantic City, but is one of the highlights of the East Coast. This 32,000-square-foot sanctuary features floor-to-ceiling windows boasting amazing views of Atlantic City and the ocean beyond. A 25-yard infinity-edge lap pool is the centerpiece with plush chaise lounge chairs adorning the pool’s edge. There are 16 treatment rooms and the treatments range from massages and facials to cutting-edge water and wrap therapies. What’s really nice about the treatments is that they are 30 minutes longer than treatments provided at most spas. So the standard 50-minute massage is an 80-minute massage at Immersion Spa. Some of the signature treatments include the Tandem massage, the Collagen Veil Facial and the Table Thai Massage.
For healthy eaters, the gourmet spa menu by Chef Geoffrey Zakarian is hard to beat. Fresh salads, yummy wraps and fruit smoothies are both healthy and delicious.
For exercise enthusiasts it’s hard to beat the 1,800 square foot state-of-the-art fitness center. There are plenty of cardio machines including bikes, treadmills and Stairmasters each with its own personal TV. Free weights and weight machines can also be found here. The amazing views of the surrounding city and bay will really motivate hotel guests to visit the gym and work out. Towels and water are also provided.
