The Borgata boasts ten restaurants establishing the resort as one of the leading dining destinations on the East Coast.
For steak connoisseurs, Bobby Flay Steak is one of the hotel’s most popular dining options and for good reason. The southwestern style steak house features a secret “rub” on the steaks which makes them mouth-watering delicious. It’s no wonder this venue has so many repeat customers.
Other restaurants include the well-known Old Homestead Steakhouse, an original, classic steak house with a very loyal clientele. The SeaBlue restaurant offers seasonal fresh fish from all over the world cooked over a wood-burning grill. Fish is flown in daily and the starter salads—in which diners can pick their own ingredients from veggies to greens to salad dressings—is perfect for those healthy eaters who like lots of variety in their salads. The Wolfgang Puck American Grille is affordable fine dining of American cuisine.
For those couples who would rather spend more time at the spa and casino and less time dining, there are seven quick service dining options available at the hotel.
The Metropolitan- 24-hour café; contemporary and classic American foods
Borgata Buffet- a buffet of entrees, snacks, and desserts
The Cafeteria- features Tony Luke’s cheese-steaks, Ben & Jerry’s, and Panda Express
Bread + Butter- a smorgasbord of sandwiches and gourmet beverages
Risi Bisi- pizza, Panini and salad selections
N.O.W.- Japanese, Chinese, Korean cuisine
Gypsy Bar- an eclectic beverage and food menu
The hotel also features nightly entertainment that includes top musical and comedic acts. The Borgata Event Center holds 2,400 seats and the Music Box has 1,000 seats. Past performers include Rolling Stones, Pearl Jam, The Who, Gwen Stefani, Sting, Aerosmith, Lenny Kravitz, Kelly Clarkson and Tom Petty. The Borgata Comedy Club holds a nightly 9 pm act in The Music Box Theater. Additionally, there are two nightclubs the MIXX- a high energy dance club, and Mur.mur- a cozy nightclub with a signature bottle service.
