Kids of varying ages will enjoy the LeapFrog SchoolHouse products now available across the Celebrity fleet, including popular personal learning tools such as LeapPad, Quantum LeapPad, the Leapster handheld, the new L-Max Leapster handheld and the Odyssey Globe. Celebrity also provides a full line of LeapFrog toddler products within its X-Club youth facility.
LeapFrog SchoolHouse publishes research-based assessment and curriculum content for the pre-kindergarten through grade 8 education market. LeapFrog SchoolHouse's multisensory products currently reach students in more than 100,000 classrooms across the United States, and product areas currently include assessment, reading, language arts, math, English language development, and early literacy.
Celebrity's "X-Club" Youth Program offers a full, four-tiered program year-round, led by fully qualified and experienced counselors, with age-specific activities for Shipmates (ages 3-6), Cadets (ages 7-9), Ensigns (ages 10-12) and Admiral T's (ages 13-17). Children under three years of age may enter the facility and join in the program if accompanied by an adult.
A Welcome Aboard Orientation will fill parents in on all the details of the X-Club. Plus, parents are invited to stop by the Fun Factory with their children on the first day of the sailing for an Open House. Kids can explore all the possibilities and parents can get answers to any questions they may have.
From teen-oriented explorations and entertainment to special opportunities for toddlers and their parents to interact with each other, the X-Club is designed to make sure children enjoy their Celebrity experience as much as parents do. Parents can join their children for X-Club Family Events like Karaoke, Family Disco and Bingo.
