While visiting the Shedd, be sure to see Mauyak's calf, born August 16, 2007. The best place to see the calf is in the underwater viewing area of Secluded Bay. Also, plan to have lunch at the Shedd’s restaurant—the views of the Chicago skyline are unbeatable. Plus, the prices are affordable and the menu is family friendly.
