The Spa
One of the highlights of the resort is the Emerald Mist Spa which expands over 15,000 square feet. There are separate locker and relaxation rooms for men and women. The spa boasts eight treatment rooms including two wet rooms, five dry rooms and one couples room with a private Jacuzzi and dual-head shower. For girlfriends traveling together, the salon can host private groups of 12 people for manicures, pedicures and hair services.
Beauty treatments include body wraps, scrubs, manicures/pedicures, foot baths, waxing and hair services. Revitalizing treatments include massages, steam room, sauna, hot and cold plunge pools, hot tubs, Vichy showers and a Roman bath. Signature treatments include the Kittian Massage which is an island specialty. It involves long, flowing strokes designed to improve circulation and enhance lymphatic drainage, all the while relaxing the body. The Mango Sugar Body Scrub and the Emerald Mist Facials are other favorites. The Cinnamon Black Rock Therapy is a blend of cinnamon Ylang Ylang and sweet orange used in conjunction with warm black volcanic rocks.
Kids and teens will love the "Princess for a Day" package which is designed for girls age six and older. It includes a manicure, pedicure, glitter make-up, lip gloss, up-do and sunscreen. The "Teen Escape" package targets the 16-18 year old set and includes a classic pedicure and herbal deep cleansing facial.
